In fifty words or less, describe yourself.

Probably not much like your typical Georgia Tech student. I’m excited about doing projects and finding solutions – but in a way that connects and helps people because ultimately that’s who I want to serve.

What is the coolest thing you have done in your studies as a CM major?

Creating an application prototype for helping tourists in Barcelona – while we were in the city! It was so much fun to go talk to people about their travel experiences and develop something that could potentially help them, all while living and studying abroad.

What are your professional goals?

I came here looking to work for Disney, and I can say after three years here that this is still a goal, but I also know that there are so many options for me that are just as exciting! I love user interface, user experience and data visualization and I hope that one day I can use these to make a difference no matter where I go.

In one sentence, explain why students should choose the CM major.

It gives you the opportunity to truly explore all that the marriage between the media and computing fields have to offer and the outcomes are limitless.
