I’m a creative, who loves the power and range of technology. Outside of work, I’m a foodie and Netflix enthusiast. A perfect day for me would be eating delicious food with great company and conversation.
What is the coolest thing you have done in your studies as a CM major?
I had an amazing opportunity to redesign Georgia Tech’s School of Literature, Media, and Communication’s website. I’ve been able to use the design skills that I’ve gained in LMC courses, and effectively communicate directly with the web developer thanks to CS classes.
What are your professional goals?
I’m working towards becoming a UX Designer/Product Designer. I’ll be responsible for understanding users and representing their needs and behaviors in a product that I’ll prototype and handoff to software developers.
In one sentence, explain why students should choose the CM major.
The CM major offers a broad range of classes that allows students to curate their own degree that supports their goals, whether that’s in design, film, game development, or software engineering.
