In fifty words or less, describe yourself.
I have always loved creating, no matter the subject. I feel accomplished whenever I create something, and I know no one can ever take it away from me. I take my art, my algorithms, and everything else and use them to make my games.
What is the coolest thing you have done in your studies as a CM major?
I think the coolest thing that I have done is make my dreams come true. While it sounds cheesy, it’s true. As a child, I only ever wanted to create videogames. I learned the skills necessary to do so when I came to Tech. Since then, I have developed two big games for VGDev and countless other cool things for class projects.
What are your professional goals?
My professional goals are to either work in or own my own game developer studio. I enjoy programming, so either way, I will be programming games.
In one sentence, explain why students should choose the CM major.
CM combines the best of both worlds in terms of programming and design, so the possibilities of what you can create are endless!
