I am passionate about combining art and computer science. I enjoy coding and problem solving while using these abilities to make something that is also beautiful and visually creative. I have advanced technical and programming skills with the added abilities of effective communication, visual design, artistic experience, and cultural awareness.

What is the coolest thing you have done in your studies as a CM major?

As a Computational Media major I get to work on both sides of CS and LMC meaning I have had the opportunity to combine my digital art and programming skills in projects such as videogames, websites, virtual reality environments, and mobile apps.

What are your professional goals?

I want to be involved in the animation field, helping to create movies beloved by children and grown-ups alike.

Computational Media allows you to have the same programming skills as a Computer Science major while giving you an eye for visual design, an aptitude for eloquence, and an awareness of culture.
